Medisch Consult supports employers and employees during these processes with expert guidance, a personal approach, and insight into new opportunities.
What we do:
- Intake and advice. We start with a comprehensive intake to map out the possibilities for reintegration. The results are recorded in a clear intake report with accompanying advice for both the employee and the employer.
- Vocational orientation and search profile. Together, we explore the employee’s workload capacity, competencies, and interests. Based on this, we draw up a suitable search profile with positions that align with their capabilities.
- Job application guidance and coaching. We assist in drafting a CV, writing cover letters, refreshing the LinkedIn profile, and preparing for interviews. Throughout the entire process, we offer coaching and personal support.
- Active searching and networking. We actively contribute to the search for vacancies, utilize networks, and guide the employee in establishing contact with potential new employers.
- Placement support and aftercare. Once a suitable workplace is found, we carefully guide the placement and ensure sustainable integration. Even after placement, we remain available for questions or support.
