Why Medisch Consult?

When it comes to absenteeism, everything revolves around prevention and recovery. In our vision, the manager plays a central role in this process. Employees who feel unwell look primarily to their manager. That line of communication is crucial for effectively managing and even preventing absenteeism.

As an occupational health service, we support this line so that managers know exactly what is expected of them. If HR also fulfills an advisory role, we involve them and include this area of focus.

What does Medisch Consult do?

We promote the recovery behavior of your employees and act as a sparring partner for managers responsible for absenteeism prevention and reintegration. In addition to confidential conversations with employees, we also offer confidential consultations to managers. This enables them to intervene in a targeted and timely manner, supported by the right guidance.

Upon request, we work with HR to optimize the process to properly equip managers for this through coaching and training.
