What does Medisch Consult do?

We promote the recovery behavior of your employees and act as a sparring partner for supervisors responsible for absenteeism prevention and reintegration. In addition to confidential consultations with employees, we also offer confidential consultations to supervisors. This enables them to intervene in a targeted and timely manner, supported by the right guidance.

Upon request, we work together with HR to optimize the process, equipping supervisors with the necessary coaching and training.
