When an employee is absent or at risk of absenteeism, recovery coaching can be utilized – naturally with the consent of both employer and employee.
The coaching focuses explicitly on strengthening recovery behavior and the sustainable prevention of relapse.

🎯 Goal of recovery coaching

Recovery coaching helps employees gain insight into the factors that have led to exhaustion, burnout, or stress-related complaints — in the areas of work, private life, and relationships. Through personal attention and integrity, we examine what contributed to the absenteeism and how recovery can be sustainably reinforced.

During the process, active work is done on:

  • Emotional processing of underlying causes
  • Insight into patterns and behaviors that lead to overload
  • Increasing ownership of one’s own functioning and recovery
  • Building resilience to prevent future absenteeism

The employee learns to understand how they function, develops self-management, and regains energy and balance.
